2. Right of Withdrawal (Ångerrätt)
As a consumer within the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from the date you receive the product, without providing any reason. This is your statutory right of withdrawal under EU law.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you (other than the carrier), acquires physical possession of the goods.
3. How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal

4. Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The product must be unused and in its original, unopened packaging
- The return must be initiated within the 14-day withdrawal period
- The product must be returned in the same condition as received
5. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Article 16 of the EU Consumer Rights Directive and the Swedish Distance Contracts Act, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, if they have been unsealed (opened) after delivery. This exception applies to dietary supplements, including ComfortCore Cardio, once the seal has been broken.
This exception exists because, once opened, the safety, quality, and hygiene of dietary supplements cannot be verified for resale.
6. Returning the Product
After informing us of your decision to withdraw, you must send back the product(s) without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicated your withdrawal to us.

You shall bear the direct cost of returning the goods unless we have agreed otherwise or failed to inform you of your obligation to bear those costs.
7. Refunds
Upon receiving and inspecting your returned product, we will process your refund. You will be notified by email of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your refund is approved:
- We will reimburse all payments received from you, including the standard delivery costs (but not any supplementary costs if you chose a delivery option other than the least expensive standard delivery)
- The refund will be processed within 14 days from the day we receive the returned product, or from the day you provide evidence of having sent back the product, whichever is earlier
- The refund will be made using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise
8. Defective or Damaged Products
Under the Swedish Consumer Sales Act (Konsumentköplagen, SFS 2022:260), you have the right to make a complaint (reklamation) if the product is defective or does not match the description provided. You must notify us of any defects within a reasonable time after discovering them, and in any case within 3 years from the date of delivery.
If a product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately with:

- A description of the defect or damage
- Photographs of the damaged product and packaging (if applicable)
For defective products, we will offer a replacement, repair, or full refund at no additional cost to you, in accordance with the Consumer Sales Act.
